Bitterly cold arctic air continues to pour into our region on gusty northwesterly winds. Temperatures will stay in the teens to lower 20s this afternoon. Wind gusts of 45 to 60 mph may bring down trees and power lines, and there will be issues with power outages. Wind chills will be as cold as 15 below zero, which could lead to frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. It will remain windy overnight, with wind chills below zero. The winds will gradually diminish on Sunday, but it will remain breezy and cold. Lighter winds and slightly warmer temperatures are coming our way on Monday, with highs back into the 40s Tuesday and Wednesday.
